Himalayan Kundalini Yoga

Mon-Friday 6:00 AM

Root and Rise up each day with the Glorious Sun as we practice the ancient teachings of Himalayan Kundalini Yoga. We all have the capacity for a greater intelligence, an expansion of our consciousness through the energy of Kundalini. This Cosmic intelligence rests at the base of our spine ready to rise back up to the home of our 6th and 7th Chakra. With Meditation, Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama, Kriya and Asana we awaken this Cosmic force allowing it to rise up the spine.
Do not wait , for the perfect time or circumstance. When we wait, that time never comes. 
Say yes now and begin a new.

Sattva Yoga Journey

Gain inner peace that will remain with you throughout your day, more energy to function with clarity and a sense of purpose along with a deeper understanding of life with Vinyasa, Kriya, Pranayama, and meditation. All capabilities welcome.

Afternoon Yoga Glow

Enjoy the inner and outer glow you receive after this practice of Pranayama, Asana and a relaxing mediation. Each class is designed to reenergize you and relax you so that you can move through the rest your day with Grace and Beauty. All capabilities welcome.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

Mondays and Weds 9:30-10:30

A gentle yet effective Vinyasa class that will leave you feeling nourished from the inside out. A great way to begin your Yoga journey as you learn to reset your nervous system for a sense of balance and wholeness.

Tantric Yoga

Weds 4-5 pm

As a yoga practitioner, or Yogi/Yogini we start to see everything in life as Yoga. With deep awakening into our true natural state we obtain a unity consciousness that expands into all of life and beyond. Learn the wisdom of Yoga through an evening Tantric journey using Meditation. Pranayama, Kriya, Asana, and wisdom. Learn to live Yoga not just practice yoga.

Astral Flow Yoga

Thursday at 5:30

This hour long vinyasa-based class is dedicated to connecting us to the moon and stars, the sun and the weather, and our Mother Earth. Postures and sequences of each class are inspired by the bigger picture and our place in nature and astrology, particularly with a focus on the cycles of the moon. Be prepared for a great yoga class with an extra touch of reflection, and occasional optional offerings such as essential oils, altars, and healing touch.

Yoga Fitness Fusion

Mondays 12-1pm

This Vinyasa style class combines yoga, cardio and high intensity interval training for a kickin’ workout that leaves you calm and centered. Beginners welcome.

FIT 15

MON, WEDS, FRI 9am

This series of high intensity Yoga postures with rests in between was designed by Ashley Galvin to boast your metabolism, build muscle and burn fat all day. The best part about this class is its only fifteen minutes and you start to see and feel results fast. All levels welcome.

Flow & Restore Yoga

Tues 5:15 pm and Thursday 4:15 pm

Feel the release of the connective tissues creating more flexibility as you hold postures for longer periods of time, then move into a more dynamic flow of Vinyasa yoga to end this class feeling more vital and limbering your body.

Wisdom Talks

Weds 5:30-6:30

There is so much more to Yoga than most western folks know. Come have some tea and learn what else Yoga offers with all of our practitioners every week. You will learn more about the spiritual practices and Vedic wisdom of Yoga along with talks on nutrition, wellness, and astrology. For future Teacher trainers under Stattva Yoga, you will receive credit for attending. Please see weekly Bulletin Board inside office for Talk Titles and Speakers.
