Rise with us to Surya ( the Sun) and begin your day in deep gratitude and appreciation with a morning Sattva Journey. Each journey consisting of Meditation, Pranayama (life force energy through breathe), Asana (Vinyasa Flow) and Kundalini Kriyas, changing the bio-memory and sub-conscious mind for a greater capacity to move forward Consciously. 
Through the practice of yoga, as a way of life, your intellect is corrected, your consciousness expands, your self-observation increases and vairagyam naturally happens as a result.
